Safety training & written programs
Programs read and scored before you rely on them.

Contractors upload their written safety programs; each one is reviewed section by section and scored against the standard. Set your own minimum per program — below it, the application doesn't clear.

Site safety training
Site-specific orientation, verified at the gate.

Issue one QR code per contractor, scoped to the site. Workers complete on their phone, sign, and land on your live roster with an expiry date. Included in every subscription — no per-worker fee.

Rolling it out

What you’re asking your contractors to do.

You decide who gets on site, so you are the one who has to ask. Here is what lands on them — and what to say when they push back.

  1. You
    Add them to your roster

    Company name, one contact.

  2. You
    Pass on their link

Your roster mints it. You send it your way.

  3. Them
    They sign in

    Straight into their own profile.

  4. Them
    They size and subscribe

A workforce lookup picks their tier. They pay there.

Qualified, scored, on your rosterTwo steps are yours. The rest is theirs — nothing routes back through you, and nothing goes out from us in your name.
Lagging · who already got hurt
  • TRIR, EMR, DART
  • Incidents on somebody else’s job
  • Mostly noise at contractor scale
Leading · who is about to
  • Training current
  • Written programs that survive a read
  • Orientations completed
  • Gaps closed before the crew mobilizes

We score the second list. The incident that does not happen never becomes downtime, a claim, or an investigation — that is where the money is.

When they push back
“Why am I paying for this?”
You are not. It is their subscription, sized by their own workforce — from $1,050 a year, and the first 500 signups pay no onboarding fee. Separate seats.
“I already do this for three other clients.”
One subscription answers all of them. No per-relationship surcharge.
“Do my workers pay too?”
No. Orientation is in the base plan; add-ons are billed to you.
Trust & security

Your contractor data is the most sensitive thing you handle.

Worker PII, training records, insurance certificates — none of it belongs in a spreadsheet or a shared inbox. Here is the bar we hold it to.

EncryptionLive

TLS in transit, encrypted at rest.

Every connection is TLS with HSTS. The database, object storage, and backups are encrypted at rest by our hosting providers. Field-level encryption for the most sensitive PII is planned.

CompliancePlanned

SOC 2 + ISO 27001 on the roadmap.

SOC 2 Type I, then Type II, then ISO 27001:2022 are on the roadmap; a third-party penetration test is planned. We do not hold any certification today and will not claim one until the report is in hand.

Access controlLive

Two-factor sign-in, full audit trail.

Sign-in is a one-time email code, or a password protected by TOTP two-factor — mandatory for hiring-client admins. Every change, download, export, and score recompute lands in an audit log the application only ever appends to. SAML/OIDC SSO is planned.

Full security one-pager available on request. Reach out at security@idoneity-cms.com for SOC 2 progress and our sub-processor list.

Next up: Idoneity-EHS. Incidents, permits, shift passdown, chemicals and environmental clocks — being built now, priced on a page.

What does Idoneity actually do?

Two things, one platform. (1) Contractor management: hiring clients track contractor insurance, training, OSHA history, and applications with auto-evaluation against their own rules. (2) Safety orientation: contractors deliver site-specific safety orientations to their workers via per-contractor QR codes, with completion + expiration tracked automatically. Workers complete on their phone in about 10 minutes.

How is this different from what we already use?

We don't grade contractors with a black-box scoring rubric — every weight and input is visible. One PQF travels across every hiring client on the platform, so contractors don't fill it out five times. EHS managers verify orientation completion from the dashboard before crews step on site, not from a stack of paper sign-in sheets.

Who is it for?

Small-to-mid-size operators who want a simple, powerful solution without enterprise-vendor pricing or lock-in. Common fits: single-site facilities, regional GCs, growing industrial operators, mid-market fabs, and mid-market data-center operators managing anywhere from a handful to a couple hundred contractors. If you've outgrown spreadsheets but don't need SCIM provisioning and a dedicated CSM, Idoneity is built for you. Also for the contractors and subs working for those companies.

How does the safety orientation workflow help our EHS team?

You upload your existing site-safety content — a PDF or a short video (max 8 minutes, keeps storage costs sane) — and optionally configure a 10–15 question quiz during onboarding. Each contractor gets a unique QR code. Workers scan, watch or read, take the quiz if you enabled it, sign a typed attestation on their phone. Your EHS team sees a real-time roster of who's completed, who's expiring, and who needs to refresh — without leaving the dashboard. We host, distribute, and track completion. You own the content.

What about training records?

Optional add-on. Site-specific safety orientation (the one every worker needs to be cleared on a site) is included in every base subscription. The Training Records Portal is a separate paid module that houses per-standard records: confined space, lockout/tagout, respiratory protection, bloodborne pathogens, fall protection, HAZWOPER, and more — with retention windows built in. Either the contractor or hiring client can opt into the module; whichever side pays gets the full matrix view, filters, and audit export.

Do you integrate with our existing systems?

No — we're intentionally not a middleware layer. Instead, we give you a simple Excel/CSV template. Fill it out from any existing platform's export, upload it, map the columns (auto-detected), and your contractor roster is live in Idoneity in minutes. We try to be the single source of truth for contractor compliance — not another integration you have to babysit.

How fast can we get up and running?

Mid-market deployments typically go live in two to four weeks. The first week is configuring your requirement rules and importing your current contractor list. The second is inviting contractors and onboarding the first wave. By week four most clients have their entire active contractor base evaluated and scored.

What's it cost?

One flat annual subscription plus a one-time $975 onboarding fee. Tell us your size and exact pricing — every tier and add-on — unlocks on the pricing page instantly, no sales call. What you won't get is the competitors' model: pricing hidden behind a sales process, a separate charge for every hiring-client connection, document-review fees, RAVS write-up fees, and totals that climb every year. The price we show you is the price you pay.
