Contractor management is one hat. Incidents, permits to work, process safety, shift handover, chemicals, waste clocks and environmental obligations are the others — and they are usually a spreadsheet, a binder, an inbox and somebody’s memory. Idoneity-EHS is being built for all of it, on the same terms as the platform you are already looking at: every module included, the price on a page, and records that can’t be quietly edited after the fact.
No launch date promised. Early-list companies pick which modules get finished first — and if you run your contractor program here, the two products already know each other.
Modules that write to each other
An inspection finding, a near miss and a management-of-change review all raise into the same corrective-action tracker. The chemical inventory carries the CAS number, so it already knows which waste profiles it ends up in. Eight separate products cannot do that, however well each one demos.
Shift passdown
The system writes the handover draft itself — every live permit, fresh incident, late action, and running clock, frozen at the moment of handover. Outgoing adds words; incoming signs.
Incidents & the OSHA log
Report the facts once. Recordability is computed, the 300 log and 300A totals assemble themselves, and a recordable can't close while its corrective actions are still open.
Permits to work
Hot work, confined space, excavation, LOTO. One failed gate refuses the permit — and a refused permit is the control working, not the software being difficult.
Process safety
Every change opens with its pre-startup review attached. A temporary change carries an expiry or it's refused, and no change closes with a review line unanswered.
Corrective actions
Inspections, observations, incidents, and reviews all raise actions into the same tracker — each one traceable to what raised it, and closable only with evidence and a name.
Waste & environmental
Accumulation clocks, manifest returns, permit obligations — tracked from the dates that matter, with the deadline math done before anyone has to remember it.
Chemicals & Tier II
The inventory carries the CAS number, so each line knows which waste profiles it ends up in — and the Tier II screen aggregates itself from data you already hold.
The Idoneity bridge
“Contractor clear to work” stops being a checkbox. The permit gate resolves live against the clearance your Idoneity contractor program already computes.

What it will not do
A coming-soon page is the easiest place in the world to promise too much, so here is the other half.
It will not make the call for you
Recordability, classification, whether a change is safe to start — the system computes and proposes, a named human approves. It is a decision aid, and it is built to leave your name on the decision.
It has not launched yet
The modules on this page are built and running in the development build. There is no hosted portal to sign into today, and we are not naming a date we might miss.
It will not read your mind
Which sections switch on is driven by the permits you hold — send them in and the conditions become dated obligations. Until they exist, the calendar is empty on purpose.

The build order is not settled. Tell us which part of your week hurts most and it moves up — and you will see the working version before anyone else does.
