Terms of Service

Effective September 7, 2026

The agreement

These terms are an agreement between your company and Idoneity Limited Liability Company, organized in Florida (“Idoneity”). They govern your use of the Idoneity platform. By creating an account, subscribing, or submitting a prequalification form, you agree to them on behalf of your company.

The service

Idoneity provides contractor prequalification, safety-metric scoring, training-record management, document review, and a marketplace connecting contractors with hiring clients. We score and organize the information you provide — we do not certify that any contractor is safe, compliant, or fit for any particular job. Hiring decisions remain yours.

Pricing and payment

  • Pricing is an annual subscription plus a one-time onboarding fee, both stated in your written quote and shown again at checkout before you pay. There are no per-connection, per-document, or other unlisted fees.
  • Subscriptions renew annually. If your workforce or contractor count grows into a higher tier mid-year, you pay the prorated difference — nothing else changes.
  • Evaluate before you buy: a full demo of the platform is available for 5 days before purchase. When the demo period ends the demo workspace goes inactive — nothing is deleted, and if you subscribe you pick up exactly where you left off.
  • Refunds: fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Use the 5-day demo to evaluate the platform before you pay.

Your responsibilities

  • Information you submit — safety metrics, training records, insurance certificates, PQF answers — must be accurate. Misrepresenting compliance data to hiring clients is grounds for account termination.
  • You must have the right to upload worker records and company documents you submit.
  • Keep your login credentials secure and tell us promptly at security@idoneity-cms.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your data

You own your data. Our use of it is described in the Privacy Policy. We use it to operate the service — not to train AI models, not for advertising, and never for sale.

Marketing email

Some forms on this site (the waitlist, the pricing request, the product tour, the whitepaper, and EHS early access) ask whether we may email you. If you tick the box, you agree that Idoneity may send you the emails described next to that box — for example a quote followed by up to four check-ins over the following month, or occasional product updates — from hello@idoneity-cms.com. The box is never pre-ticked, and submitting a form without ticking it does not sign you up for anything beyond a reply to what you sent.

Every such email carries a working unsubscribe link and our postal address. You may withdraw consent at any time by using that link, by replying “unsubscribe”, or by writing to unsubscribe@idoneity-cms.com; we honour requests within ten business days and usually the same day. We keep a record of your consent — the wording you agreed to, the form it came from, the time, your browser identifier, and a one-way hash of your IP address — so we can show that you asked to hear from us. We may send a single confirmation email asking you to verify your address. We comply with the CAN-SPAM Act and the Florida Electronic Mail Communications Act, and we do not send marketing email to addresses outside the United States without consent recorded under that jurisdiction’s rules.

Account, billing, security, and sign-in messages are part of operating the service and are not marketing; you cannot opt out of them while you hold an account.

AI-assisted review

Some features use AI models to review documents (for example, written safety programs) and draft communications. AI review output is advisory — it informs compliance scoring but is not legal, safety, or professional advice, and it may contain errors. Material decisions should be verified by a qualified person.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Idoneity’s total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for hiring decisions, workplace incidents, or regulatory penalties arising from your or a hiring client’s reliance on information in the platform.

Termination

You can cancel any time from your account or by emailing us. The current paid period is non-refundable except where required by law, and the service runs through the end of the paid term. We may suspend accounts that submit fraudulent compliance data, abuse the platform, or fail to pay.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Brevard County, Florida.

Changes

If these terms change materially, we’ll post a notice in the product for signed-in account holders at least 30 days before the change takes effect, and update the effective date above.
